Important Update: Enhanced Customs Clearance and Communication Protocol Effective 1 October 2025

Dear Valued Partners,

To further streamline our logistics operations and enhance service efficiency, we are pleased to announce an updated protocol for customs clearance and shipment coordination, effective 1 October 2025.

Please take note of the following key changes:

  1. Revised End-to-End Shipment Process
    A standardized procedure will be implemented from the packing stage at the Port of Loading (POL) through to final delivery to the end buyer in Vietnam. Detailed guidelines outlining each step are available on our official portal at:

  2. Customs Clearance Agreement
    Where applicable, a tripartite agreement between the Shipper, End Buyer, and Consignee will be required to facilitate smooth customs clearance in Vietnam. Our team will coordinate with relevant parties to execute this agreement as needed.

  3. Transition to Email-Only Communication
    To ensure clarity, traceability, and timely support, all shipment-related communications—including but not limited to Bills of Lading (BL), Certificates of Origin (C/O), labels, and documentation—will be conducted exclusively via corporate email.
    - Starting October 2025, the use of messaging platforms (e.g., Zalo, WhatsApp) will no longer be supported for official shipment coordination. All correspondence / communication must be sent via email ONLY.
